MONIN Macaroon syrup has a biscuit, buttery, almondy aroma and taste. Macaroons are one of the most popular French delicacies but they originated in the 8th century in Italy.
Macaroons have many regional variations including flavours and ingredients. MONIN Macaroon syrup is the perfect addition for adding an indulgent flavour in coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
20ml MONIN Macaroon syrup
10ml MONIN Pistachio syrup
100ml Single cream
2 drops Saline solution
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
