10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes

20ml MONIN Falernum syrup
20ml orange curaçao liqueur
40ml pineapple juice
45ml rum
20ml lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into an Old fashioned glass full of ice. Garnish with lime wedge and a mint sprig.
