Le Fruit de MONIN Passion Fruit can be used in a wide variety of beverage applications from lemonades, iced teas, frappes, mocktails and cocktails such as the Pornstar Martini.

15-30ml for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, 15ml for iced teas and lemonades

15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Passion Fruit
15ml MONIN Vanilla syrup
30ml vodka
20ml passion fruit liqueur
15ml lime juice
1 Champagne shot
Pour all ingredients except Champagne into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a half passion fruit and a mint sprig. Serve with a Champagne shot on the side.
