15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
15ml MONIN Amaretto Syrup
30ml lemon juice
1 egg white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker without ice and perform a dry shake to emulsify the egg white. Add ice cubes and shake a second time to chill. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.
