Paragon brings ancient botanical flavours to the drinks industry with the launch of its new Mystic Collection, the next chapter of its luxury cordial offering.
Sacred wood, the Palo Santo grows in the Gran Chaco in South America. Venerated by the Mayas, Incas and other indigenous people of Latin America, it serves as talisman to healers and shamans to ward off evil spirits during fumigation rituals bringing peace and serenity, uplifting the spirit, and alleviating negative energies.
With heavy notes of wood and smoke, there is also a bitterness and spice to the Palo Santo cordial that will make it popular all year round, but especially in the cooler seasons.
15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes

• 15ml Cordial PARAGON Palo Santo
• 25 ml Cognac
• 20 ml aged rum
• 15 ml tawny port
• 10 ml maraschino liqueur
• 3 dashes Angostura bitter
Stir, serve over ice in an old fashioned glass.
