An enchantingly delicious alternative to a more traditional cherry flavour, MONIN Morello Cherry syrup pairs wonderfully with after-dinner liqueurs, chocolatey drinks and pistachio flavours.
Morello Cherry which takes its name from Italian meaning ‘sour’ have a distinctly orange flesh and are softer than the classic cherries. Morello cherries are widely consumed in syrups, preserves and pie fillings.
15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
Almond Morello Cherry Frappé
10ml MONIN Morello Cherry syrup
15ml MONIN Almond syrup
1 spoon Le Frappé de MONIN
Pour all ingredients into a blender cup. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream.
