Dive into summer with these must-try classic flavours:

MANGO MARGARITA

• 40ml Tequila
• 20ml MONIN Triple sec Liqueur
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 25ml MONIN Mango Puree

Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Garnish with mango slice

FRENCH MARTINI

• 50ml Vanilla Vodka
• 20ml MONIN Raspberry Puree
• 50ml Pineapple Juice

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake for 15 seconds and double strain into Coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries

PORNSTAR MARTINI

• 30ml Vanilla Vodka
• 20ml MONIN Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 10ml MONIN Vanilla Syrup
• 20ml MONIN Passion Fruit Puree

Pour all the ingredients into a Shaker, shake for 15 seconds and double strain into Coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with fresh passion fruit

PINA COLADA

• 30ml White Rum
• 30ml MONIN Coconut liqueur
• 15ml MONIN Coconut Syrup
• 75ml Pineapple Juice
• 25ml Fresh Cream

Pour all the ingredients into a Shaker, shake for 15 seconds and strain into Hurricane glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple slice

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

• 50ml White Rum
• 25ml MONIN Strawberry Puree
• 25ml Fresh Lime juice

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Garnish with fresh strawberry

BELLINI

• 10ml MONIN Peach Puree
• 120ml Prosecco

Build into a Flute glass. Garnish with fresh peach slice

ESPRESSO MARTINI VANILLA

• 10ml MONIN Vanilla Syrup
• 40ml Vodka
• 20ml MONIN Coffee liqueur
• Espresso Shot

Shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with some coffee beans

CHERRY BAKEWELL SOUR

• 15ml MONIN Morello Cherry syrup
• 40ml MONIN Amaretto Liqueur
• 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• Egg white

First, dry shake then shake with ice and strain into a low-tumbler glass. Garnish with a cherry on top
