15-30ml for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, 15ml for iced teas and lemonades

Raspberry Mojito
30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry
40ml light rum
10 mint leaves
1/2 lime in dices
80ml soda water
Muddle mint, lime and Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry into a glass. Fill up with crushed ice and add rum. Top with soda water. Stir gently. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a mint bouquet.
