MONIN Raspberry Puree 1L

Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry brings notes of fresh, ripe and tangy raspberries to your beverages all year round! It works particularly well in iced beverages from lemonades and iced teas to cocktails and mocktails.

15-30ml for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, 15ml for iced teas and lemonades

Raspberry Mojito
30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry
40ml light rum
10 mint leaves
1/2 lime in dices
80ml soda water

Muddle mint, lime and Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry into a glass. Fill up with crushed ice and add rum. Top with soda water. Stir gently. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a mint bouquet.
