15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes

15ml MONIN Yellow Banana syrup
45ml Cognac
2 dashes of cocoa bitter
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir with a teaspoon to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled nick and nora glass.
