20ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho concentrate
15ml MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup
60ml bourbon whiskey
1 egg white
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon zest.
