MONIN Pure Cane Sugar Syrup 25cl

MONIN Sugar Cane syrup is perfect for adding a little sweetness to lemonades, iced teas, coffees, cocktails and mocktails.

15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes

Gin Fizz

• 15ml MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup
• 20ml MONIN Rantcho concentrate
• 40ml gin
• 100ml soda water

Pour all ingredients except soda water in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake. Strain into a collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
