25ml MONIN Pear syrup
5ml MONIN Elderflower syrup
30ml fresh lemon juice
240 ml soda water
Pour MONIN products and lemon juice into an ice filled glass. Top up with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon wheels.
