MONIN Muscovado syrup captures the deep, rich earthy notes of unrefined Muscovado Sugar from Mauritius.
15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
20ml MONIN Muscovado Sugar
60ml dark rum
30ml fresh lime juice
Pour all of the ingredients into shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake hard for 20 seconds, fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a lime zest.
