15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes
Mojito
30ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup
40ml cuban rum
8 mint leaves
1/2 lime
Top with Soda water
In a glass muddle mint, lime cut in dices and MONIN syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour rum and top with soda water. Stir gently. Add a little more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
