10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes

30ml MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce
150ml milk
1 espresso
Pour MONIN sauce into a latte glass. Extract one espresso. Steam and froth milk then pour it into the glass. Add gently espresso on top to create a layer. Garnish with whipped cream, MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce topping and crushed nuts.
