Registration for the MONIN Cup 2026 is officially open! A global competition celebrating talent and creativity; this year we're embracing the theme "Timeless Twists," inviting bartenders to reimagine forgotten flavours with a fresh look for today and tomorrow. You will be challenged to create a drink that captures the soul of the past while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Compete for the MONIN trophy and a chance to represent Ireland in the world final in France!
Criteria for Entry
- Open to professional bartenders and bar school students
- Participants must be aged 18-27 (during all elements of competition)
- Competitors must bring their own tools, glasses and adhere to their submitted recipe
- Competitors must follow the exact the recipe they submitted.
- Drink must include at least 10ml of any MONIN product, such as Syrup, Fruit Puree, Concentrate or Liqueur
