We are delighted to welcome Alex to the team as our new MONIN Brand Ambassador. Alex is no stranger to MONIN however, as he first caught out attention when he was crowned winner of the 2024 MONIN Cup. Over the past year, he has joined us at key industry events including Dublin Coffee Festival and Bar of the Year Awards.
In his new role, Alex will be on hand to support with menu development, training and answering any questions about the MONIN portfolio. You will see him at upcoming events across the country, bringing MONIN’s world of flavour to life.

“My favourite cocktail is a Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita made with MONIN Le Fruit Passion Fruit”
Shake and serve on the rocks in a tumble glass rimmed with flaky salt and Aleppo pepper.

“My favourite MONIN product is the Chai Concentrate because it’s so easy to make an amazing hot or cold chai latte”
Favourite MONIN Syrup
“My favourite Syrup is Morello Cherry because of its versatility”
