Beetroot & Rose Latte

15ml MONIN Rose syrup​

3g beetroot powder​

240ml milk of choice​

Add the powder and syrup into a cup. Top with steamed milk and stir to combine.

Strawberry Lemonade

15ml MONIN Strawberry Syrup

30ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade

150ml Sparkling Water

Pour all ingredients into a glass of ice. Stir and garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices

Rose G&T

15ml MONIN Rose Syrup

40ml Gin

120ml Tonic Water

Pour all ingredients into a glass of ice. Garnish with fresh lemon and rose petals

Cherry Blossom & Peach Iced Tea

20ml MONIN Cherry Blossom syrup​

30ml MONIN Peach Tea concentrate​

150ml still or sparkling water​

Add all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir to combine.​ Garnish with edible flower

Clover Club

25ml MONIN Raspberry Syrup

30ml Gin

30ml Dry Vermouth

30ml Lemon Juice

15ml Egg White

Pour all ingredients into a shaker of ice. Shake and strain into a pre-chilled coupette. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Pink Grapefruit Spritz

20ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup

60ml Prosecco

40ml Italian Bitter

20ml Sparkling Water
