15-30ml for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, 15ml for iced teas and lemonades

20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
20ml MONIN Rantcho concentrate
40ml gin
100ml soda water
15ml egg white
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an ice filled tumbler Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a tangerine slice.
