15-30ml for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, 15ml for iced teas and lemonades

40ml rum
120ml pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves and candied cherry.
