2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
25 ml lime juice
5-6 basil leaves
50 ml Apple juice
20 ml Guinness

35.5 ml MONIN Original liqueur
20 ml MONIN Cherry Plum syrup
2 dashes Lemon bitters
35.5 ml lemon juice
5-6 mint leaves
Topped up with soda water

30 ml lime juice
