How to recreate this holiday classic at home:
You will need
35.5ml White Rum
20ml Monin Coconut Puree
20ml Monin Rantcho lime juice (or Sweet & Sour, Lemon Lime Mix)
80ml Pineapple juice
shake all ingrediants together with ice, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
