Here is a taste of what is inside the guide, with three of the MONIN team’s absolute summer favourites.

• 10ml MONIN Lavender Syrup
• 10ml MONIN Morello Cherry Syrup
• 170ml Cold brew coffee
• 1 Cup of ice

Fill glass with ice and add in the two syrups.
Fill with cold brew coffee and stir thoroughly.
Garnish and serve. You can garnish with whipped
cream and a cherry.

• 30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Blueberry
• 25ml MONIN Rantcho Lemon
• 50ml Gin
• Soda water

Add Le Fruit de MONIN Blueberry, Rantcho lemon and gin to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water.

Garnish and serve.
